The fact that the village is so quiet doesn't help. Sure it has a lot of people but they all are alive, which is a good thing but... It's strange to not see spirits around or hear them. Those filial spirits don't really seem like the same spirits he's used to, not even when compared to spirits of nature like Sonic or Morphin were. For someone who has always been alone except for spirits, to not have even those spirits to fall back into, makes everything here more lonely. Sonic being there and visible makes it more bearable at least.]
