W-Wha? Hey, why is suddenly so dark?
[Yoh blinks as he stares into the darkness for a moment. Just a minute ago he had been talking with Ren and then... Then he finds himself there, in a small space, his body twisting and mostly uncomfortable due the position. Definitively he didn't get himself there on his own. He shifts, trying to get more comfortable, specially his back which is aching like crazy. In the process he kicks the walls of the tight space where he is and brushes against something that seems to feel like clothes.]
What is this, a wardrobe? Oi, Amidamaru?! Can you hear me?!
[He tries calling for his friend, his companion, and there's almost an immediate response. But something is off.]
Huh? Amidamaru? I can't...
[Maybe someone would like to check who is locked in their wardrobe some time soon?]
[Hours later and after getting a crash Luceti course, Yoh decides to play with the journal and get the hang of it. The feed turns on to his carefree laugher, even if he has many reasons to worry and be down, he's not going to let it be shown easily.]
Hehehe, look at this! This is quite handy, it reminds me of the Oracle Bell. I wonder if the bells have this feature too? I should ask Silva when I have the chance- Ah, it's on!
Hey! My name's Yoh Asakura, I arrived here today, nice to meet you! I have been told that there's a smithy in the village and that it's were weapons tend to show up. Does anyone know if there has been a new couple of swords there lately? They are very important to me so I would like to get them back as soon as possible.
And... No, nothing else, never mind that. Just wanted to ask about the swords. Thanks!
[He wanted to ask if there was anyone who recognized him but if his friends are here they will notice him just with what he had said so far anyway. And despite the way Luceti seems to be he's not going to just go and start talking about shamans without knowing a bit more and getting a better feeling of the village. Specially not when he himself isn't sure if he's a shaman anymore, what with how he can't even see or hear Amidamaru. At least he knows his friend is there, he can feel it in his heart and sense his emotions but... That's all. Yes, definitively not going to just go and talk about spirits until he has a better hold of his ground.]
[Anyway even if he has asked through the journals, Yoh's not up to just sit and wait so he will go and check the smithy himself. After all he asked about swords that had recently appeared but who knows, maybe they have been around longer than him with how crazy this place seems to be. And so Yoh will be off to explore the village, if he's going to be stuck here for God knows how long he may as well get used to it and know where everything is.
He will make stops at the clothing store and the item store besides the smithy. Eventually finding his way to spend two hours just staring at the landscape while standing on a bridge. He isn't someone to call attention on himself, just a normal dude, specially after he gets proper clothes. But he will be sure to pay attention all around him, others may have no reason to come and say hi, but he may decide he has reasons to do that to them.]

... Um, wait! I mean.. of course it's very nice to meet you as well! Welcome to Luceti, and I hope you're doing okay so far. [ he sounds happy enough to her, at least. ]
[ voice ]
[He's pretty sure that the Patch could do it though, but shamans themselves? Maybe the Patch didn't think it was necessary or something.]
Ahaha, thank you for the welcome! And I'm okay, yes, the pain at my back is receding and I'm alive so I definitively could be worse.
[He laughs again.]
What's your name?
[ voice ]
So it's maybe sort of like a cellphone, that 'Oracle Bell'?
[ voice ]
[Well, from what he has been taking in regarding Luceti maybe talking about the tournament wouldn't be dangerous. Still he won't say a word about spirits for now.]
It's nice to meet you, Madoka. How long have you been here?
[ voice ]
Me? Um.. I think it's almost been a year by now.. yes, that's right. I came here back in May of last year, and it's March now, so it's pretty close.
[ voice ]
[He won't say a lot because he knows others have been here for longer, it's still a considerable amount of time. Honestly, though, he was thinking he should assume he would be here at least for that long. It made things easier as it didn't give him too many hopes yet didn't make him hopeless.]
Must have been hard on you. Are you alone here?
[ voice ]
And there were other people from my home here before too, but they're.. all gone now. It's just me.

Clearly, the quiet of Luceti was really driving him mad.
The tome was familiar, but nostalgic. He could tell the stories without reference, adding his own flair if he wanted--he set it aside, knowing full well that he pick it up again whenever he wanted.
Gun in hand, he wanders over. He'd shoot if he was truely mad. If not, no more bullets would be wasted in a place where ammo was scarce.]
I'm pretty sure I'm not called 'Amidamaru'. [There's the click of metal on metal as he unlatches the safety on his Walther. A thief himself, he doesn't take kindly to his own abode being broken into.] Care to tell me why you're in my closet?
no subject
At least now he knows he's in a closet, it makes sense. Except because he doesn't know how he got there. And what was that metal click?]
I would like to know how I got here too to be honest! I swear I was just minding my own business with my friends and suddenly I was here.
[Ah, maybe it was useless to explain that. It didn't make sense even to him after all, he may as well just say that he wasn't talking with this guy but with his spirit companion. That may be more credible than "I appeared here suddenly".]

[Safety is put back in place, gun returned to it's holster.] It's that season again, so this is pretty normal--hang on.
[Lupin opens the door, revealing his decently balanced mess and the skinny teen in new feather clothes. He manages a smile, torn between amusement and disappointment.]
This isn't the wierdest way to be dropped in, kid. I hate to inform you too, but you're gonna be around for a while.
Name's Lupin, since you're in my closet. Welcome to Luceti.
no subject
[A season in which it's normal for people to appear suddenly in other people's closets? He may not be the best student out there but he's pretty sure there's no such a season.
When the door is opened Yoh can't help to moan in pain at the sudden light, closing his eyes and trying to get some shadow with a hand. Fortunately it doesn't take long for him to be able to look at the man properly. Yeah, definitively not someone he has ever seen. Though by the way he's talking that's... Normal?]
Ah... My name's Yoh, sorry for intruding your closet... Is it really that normal for people to appear suddenly here?
[He would ask about the "be around for a while" but he has the feeling it may be related to suddenly having appeared in the closet anyway. The boy shifts, trying to get out of the closet, slowly because his back really hurts if he's not careful.]
no subject
[Sympathetic, he offered a hand. No one could accuse him of being anything but a nice man, even if he didn't normally make a habit of helping new feathers.]
Whatever the reason, people tend to be grabbed from where ever and whenever when they are pulled into Luceti. Those wings? They're about all you're given. That, and a journal.
...you don't happen to see a journal with your name on it, do you?
no subject
[Yoh accepts the hand easily, getting out and stretching a bit. He already knows it's pointless, if he can't heart Amidamaru, seeing him would be... Still he seems to look around, except that he just looks at a pointed direction where there's nothing but a wall. It's faint, so faint that he's not really sure if he's seeing it or just imagining it, but there's what seems to be Amidamaru's shape. He can feel the samurai being happier but it doesn't last as Yoh shakes his head signaling silently that he can't see him.
He focus his attention on Lupin again, he will deal with Amidamaru and his powers later. Listening to what the man is saying about this place could help with that. He looks at his back the moment the wings are mentioned, in the closet it was hard to make them out and it was all too painful to make proper sense of "oh what hurts here are wings that I have now". To his credit Yoh doesn't seem to be too shocked, probably because, well, he has just been told he has them and that it's normal here, he's more shocked about the fact that people are taken from wherever and whenever and thrown into this place.]
Oh, that explains why my back hurt so much. They are pretty sensitive, aren't they? ... Do they serve for anything besides being there?
[He also turns to the closet to look for a book, while checking the pants to see if they have pockets in which a book could have been slipped. He wasn't holding one in his hands so if there has to be a journal it should be either inside the closet or in a pocket. He finds it in the closet's ground.]
You mean this, right? Am I supposed to keep a journal while being here?
[He shows the journal with his name clearly written on it.]

And actually I'm on my way to the plaza, I heard that the stores are there, so I hope to get some clothes there at least. Specially shoes.
[Not that walking around shirtless is a big difference for a guy who tends to walk around with the shirt unbuttoned and nothing else under it.]

[Well, it would be nice to get his uniform for the Shaman Fight but it's not vital and would Anna really want him to keep advertising the onsen even in a place like this? Yes, of course she would.]
voice
[She'll stop for a moment, remembering that he had mentioned swords.]
Um, you also mentioned swords, right? I didn't really have anything dangerous with me, but I can go look and ask if there's anything new that turned up for you!
Re: voice
[He laughs.]
Yeah, you could say that those swords are a family heirloom, I had them with me before coming here and I've heard that those things we have will appear here as well so I thought it was worth checking. I will drop by myself later but if you could also take a look it would be really helpful.

Why an armor?

Oh, this old thing? [He raps a hand against his chestplate.] This is something I wear all the time back home. It's kinda hard to break the habit. My line of work was kind of dangerous so it never hurt to be prepared.

[Well, he can understand that. Ren always carried around his weapons.]
